In the past, Servi Group has had its own oil laboratory, which is now being phased out, and Nolab has taken over much of their lab equipment. As a result of closer cooperation, Nolab will become more visible at trade fairs and similar events Servi Group attends, as well as having a close dialogue with their service operators on a daily basis.

“Servi is Norway's largest supplier of hydraulics, and we have had a very good cooperation over the years. The fact that they choose to outsource these services to us is a great statement of confidence, which gives us new opportunities and has an incredibly large potential in the long term, says Martin K. Ingebrigtsvold of Nolab.

The development of Nolab in recent years has been a small adventure, and the small enterprise has enjoyed great growth in recent years. From its head office at InnovArena in Rørvik, Nolab serves customers from all over the world. The primary tasks of the laboratory are to perform technical testing and analysis of oil products and cooling water. On request, the laboratory also carries out consulting activities.

“Our job involves analyzing oil products as part of the operation and maintenance of larger machines. We work a lot towards the maritime industry, transport, aviation and industry. Simply put, we can say that all those who have machines that can be lubricated are potential customers.

Now Martin and the rest of the employees at the oil lab in Rørvik hope that the new agreement will contribute to further growth.
