Kan private sende prøver?

Yes, we accept samples from both private individuals and companies. We recommend contacting us in advance so that we can guide you to the correct analysis package and ensure that you receive the necessary equipment and instructions.

Hvordan tolker jeg resultatene?

The results are delivered in an easy-to-understand report with color coding and assessment of measured values. We provide clear recommendations if values deviate. If you have questions about the interpretation, our advisors are ready to help.

Anyone who wants insight into the condition of oil, lubricants, fuel or fluids in their equipment can become a customer – whether you represent a business or are a private individual. No setup fees, no commitment period.

Hvor lang tid tar det før jeg får svar på analysen?

Normally, you will receive a response within 1–2 business days after we receive your sample. Some special analyses may take slightly longer. You will receive a notification when the analysis is ready.

Jeg trenger svar på analysen raskt - hva gjør jeg?

We offer express processing for an additional fee. Please contact us directly and we will prioritize your sample and provide you with a response as quickly as possible.

Hvordan bestiller jeg utstyr til prøvetaking?

You can order sample equipment via our order form on this website. There you choose what you need – such as sample bottles, envelopes or complete kits. You can also contact us directly for special needs.

Hvordan få brukertilgang?

When you become a customer of Nolab , we will create a user profile for you in our analysis system. Here you can log in to see results, follow history and download reports. Please contact us if you are missing a login or would like access to multiple users in the same company.

Hvorfor ønsker dere smørekart?

A lubrication chart gives us an overview of which components use which oils and where the samples were taken from. This provides more precise analyses and makes it easier to detect changes over time. Lubrication charts also contribute to better advice and follow-up.

Hva avdekker man med oljeanalyser?

Oil analysis can reveal wear, contamination, degradation and failures in machine components – before they lead to downtime. By analyzing the oil, you gain insight into the condition of both the oil and the equipment, so you can plan maintenance and avoid costly damage.
