Hva er en svarsendingskonvolutt?

A return envelope is a pre-addressed and prepaid return envelope that comes with ordered sample packages. You place the sample bottles in this envelope and deliver it to the nearest post office or mailbox - the postage is already covered.

Hva betyr Bestill henting?

By ordering a pick-up, you ensure Nolab for a carrier to pick up your samples directly from your desired address. This is particularly useful for customers with many samples or limited access to postal delivery. Pick-up can be arranged via the order form or by contacting us directly.

Hvor kan jeg levere prøver?

Samples can be delivered in person to us at Rørvik , sent by post, or picked up by carrier by arrangement. For personal delivery, use the main entrance at InnovArena, and follow the signs to our laboratory on the 1st floor.

Kan jeg levere prøver utenom åpningstid?

Yes, we have a mailbox at the main entrance to the laboratory at InnovArena, which can be used outside of regular opening hours. Samples are placed there and collected by laboratory personnel at the earliest opportunity the next working day, or by appointment.

How to get your samples to us

Submission of samples

Oil samples should be sent to the laboratory in pre-paid envelopes. Envelopes can be sent to you by contacting us.

Alternatively, the oil samples can be sent to the Norwegian Oil Laboratory, Fjordgata 8 , 7900 Rørvik .

Remember this:

When submitting a component for the first time, we recommend that it be sent with a reference/clean sample of the same type of oil/grease used on the component.
Please include an email address to which the condition report should be sent.

We are available to provide sample bottles, sample tubes, pre-printed labels and pre-stamped envelopes to our customers.
